Performed engineering, technical operations management, project management, systems and business process analysis, software development, strategic planning, budget preparation, management, installation, operation and maintenance for the City’s IT and Telecommunications systems, including datacenters, network, systems, applications, and telecommunication infrastructure, programs, Web and Content Management portals, GIS and computer systems, for all the departments including the City Hall, Police and Fire, Building and Zoning, Planning, Public Works, Parks, Finance, HR and others. As manager of the Network, Telecommunications, Systems, Software Development and Applications divisions, managed full-cycle engineering projects in both IT and Telecommunications, and the entire City’s software licensing and contracts.
